Scenes of Practical Training

Because the internship period is short, interns learn how to remove burrs, perform measurement using measuring equipment, and perform cutting using general-purpose lathes, among others. They learn programming, setup, machining, etc., by watching veteran employees do these tasks.

Comment by the Officer in Charge of the Internship Program

Think of yourself actually joining the company as opposed to simply doing practical training.

1、 Take interest in the host company.

2、 Strive to learn.

3、 Communicate actively.

The host company wants you to gain something from your practical training.

Don’t waste the opportunity by waiting for the right moment. The moment is now!
Observe the experienced employees at each company, and learn from their skills and knowledge.
Ask questions when you don’t understand or are bothered by something, no matter how trivial the questions might seem.
The answers you obtain will broaden your view.

I hope your practical training at our company will be meaningful and fruitful.
